📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop key accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for product development and innovation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the brand and network with key players.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, account management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry, particularly beauty and personal care products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
