As we expand our presence in Bali’s thriving hospitality scene, we are seeking a Franchise Relations Manager (Food & Beverage) to drive our growth and build strong partnerships with franchisees across Bali. This role is based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company in one of Indonesia’s most vibrant destinations.

As a Franchise Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our franchise relationships, ensuring that our brand standards are consistently met and that our franchisees thrive. You will work closely with franchise owners, providing them with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. Your daily tasks will include conducting site visits, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues that may arise, all while fostering a strong, collaborative relationship with our franchisees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, provide training, and address any issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve franchise performance and profitability.
• Coordinate with the central office to ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
• Monitor and analyze franchise performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance franchisee skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain a strong network of franchisees, fostering collaboration and mutual support.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing franchise networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with franchise management software such as FranConnect or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
