🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer onboarding or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
