📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for asset management and portfolio optimization.
• Leverage Power BI and advanced analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and asset management.
• Proven experience with Power BI and advanced data analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in financial modeling or data analytics is a plus.
