📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction and renovation projects
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to cost constraints
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation
• Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts
• Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
• Maintain strong communication with clients to keep them informed about project progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and renovation project management
• Proven experience using project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site inspections and travel
• Familiarity with warehouse and logistics facility design and construction is a plus
