📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior lawyers in handling client matters, including corporate transactions, civil and criminal litigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support legal strategies and provide informed advice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on a wide range of legal issues.
• Stay updated with the latest legal developments and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective case management.
• Contribute to the firm's overall success by maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent Bar passers or experienced legal professionals with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the legal field.
• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using legal research databases such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and JIS.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to professionalism and client confidentiality.
