- Create and manage cocktail menus, focusing on innovation and guest satisfaction.
- Source and manage premium ingredients and suppliers.
- Train and mentor bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage inventory and ensure efficient stock control.
- Optimize sales and profitability through data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with café managers to align beverage offerings with overall guest experience.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-end café or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail making and beverage trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and POS systems like Square or Toast.
- Certification in beverage safety and health regulations is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
