In this role, you'll greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, provide information about resort facilities and local attractions, and ensure that our guests' needs are met throughout their stay. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and assisting with any special requests or events.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling guest documents and payments
• Provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and activities to enhance guests' experience
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment, including reception area and common spaces
• Assist with special requests and events, such as weddings, conferences, and group bookings
• Promote resort services and amenities to guests, ensuring they make the most of their stay
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid ID card and proof of work eligibility
