📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and 2D drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM models align with project requirements.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve design conflicts and optimize model performance.
• Generate clash detection reports and coordinate resolution with project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling for ACMV/MEP projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BIM Coordinator, or similar).
