📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement governance frameworks to ensure organizational compliance and risk management.
• Lead the development and optimization of governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address governance challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain governance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor and report on governance performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide guidance and training to employees on governance, risk, and compliance matters.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in governance and risk management.
• Ensure alignment of governance frameworks with organizational strategy and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Governance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in governance, risk management, or a related field.
• Certification in governance, risk, and compliance (e.g., CISA, CISM, CGEIT, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using governance, risk, and compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, SAP GRC, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
