📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging online English lessons using our proprietary platform
• Create and maintain lesson plans that align with our curriculum and student learning objectives
• Provide personalized feedback and support to students to help them improve their English skills
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
• Collaborate with our instructional team to continuously improve our teaching materials and methods
• Participate in regular professional development activities to stay current with best practices in online teaching
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all interactions with students
• Adhere to our company policies and procedures, including our commitment to student privacy and data security

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native proficiency in English (minimum IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English, either online or in a classroom setting
• Experience using video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet
• Experience with online learning platforms and educational technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
