📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze GrabMart's Fulfillment Rate using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to assess operational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards for real-time monitoring.
• Provide training and support to the merchant operations team.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive overall operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in analyzing operational data and driving process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of operational tools and software, including Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
