Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR manager in HR analytics and reporting.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
