📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.,Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide leadership and guidance to employees, addressing their concerns and promoting a positive work environment.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends, and implement new initiatives as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and enforced.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to support employee growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and People Development roles.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
