Village Seed Pratama is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical materials,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Work with designers and developers to create effective and engaging documentation,Support customer success teams by providing technical guidance and resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a customer-centric approach,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
