🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in service management or operations analysis,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with service management frameworks and best practices,Knowledge of service quality standards and regulations
