📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained.,Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Train and develop new kitchen staff to ensure they meet quality standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are addressed promptly and professionally.,Participate in inventory management and cost control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit or ability to obtain one.
