📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable delivery.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.,Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving procurement efficiency.
