📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Provide support to the management team in achieving operational goals,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
