In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their growth.,Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training events.,Evaluate and update training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or training and development.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
