📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to improve employee performance and engagement.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on various topics.,Assess training needs and develop plans to address them.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and strategies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Proven track record of successful training program implementation.
