📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as food safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of service and food quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant, including equipment and facilities.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at events and functions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
