📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet our hiring criteria.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from advertising jobs to onboarding new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
