📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Support the HR team in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops.

Handle employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.

Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.

Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.

Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
