PT Otoman Sumber is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our accounting functions, including but not limited to preparing financial statements, processing payroll, and assisting in financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and records.,Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts and other financial accounts.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
