📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify and attract top talent for our clients
• Use industry-leading tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobboom, and Indeed to source and engage with potential candidates
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and update it regularly
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your network
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment
• Manage your own schedule and workload as a freelance researcher

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment research or a related field
• Proven experience in conducting executive search and professional recruitment assignments
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG, Manufacturing, and Technology industries
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
