📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Daifuku ASRS, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain the ASRS system, including software and hardware components, to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of stored goods.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure a high level of competence and adherence to operational standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management and ASRS technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on ASRS systems.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing warehouse operations.
• Certification in Daifuku ASRS systems or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
