📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns that may arise.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR metrics and KPIs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems and processes.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
