📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage office supplies and ensure they are stocked and organized.
• Coordinate and manage schedules for administrative staff.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, calls, and correspondence.
• Maintain and update administrative records and files.
• Support the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist in the organization of office events and activities.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
