🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and a proven ability to drive results.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their best performance.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics.,Proven ability to lead and participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed.
