Sentral Intan Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Assistant Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the restaurant, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the Finance Manager in achieving the company's financial goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.,Process and reconcile bank transactions, payroll, and accounts payable.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Finance Manager and other stakeholders.,Monitor and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.,Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.,Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems or financial software is a plus.
