📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive and evidence-based physiotherapy care to inpatient rehabilitation patients.,Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's needs and goals.,Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.,Educate patients and their families about their rehabilitation plans and the importance of adherence to treatment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and incorporate new techniques into practice.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the department's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation.,Professional certification from a recognized physiotherapy association.,Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals from various disciplines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related to physiotherapy practice in Indonesia.
