Sureste Properties Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Compliance & Audit Analyst to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our insurance programs comply with all relevant regulations and best practices, and for conducting thorough audits to identify and mitigate risks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement insurance programs that align with Sureste Properties Inc.'s risk management strategy.,Conduct regular insurance audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of our insurance coverage.,Monitor and evaluate insurance policies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Identify and mitigate insurance risks through proactive risk management strategies.,Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports and risk assessments to senior management.,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address insurance-related issues and concerns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in insurance and risk management.,Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the insurance compliance and audit process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance compliance and audit, preferably in the property development industry.,Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, policies, and best practices.,Proven track record of conducting thorough and accurate insurance audits.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with risk management software and tools is a plus.
