📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and develop customized programs.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they can apply their new skills in the workplace.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.,Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and video conferencing platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
