PT Pancaran Luhur is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the store's inventory. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in stock management and inventory control,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment,Assist in promotional activities and sales events,Monitor and report on shop performance metrics,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in training and onboarding new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software,Willingness to work remotely and follow company guidelines,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture
