📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality recruitment process.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and making job offers.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
