As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within our organization. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the best fit for each role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on the recruitment process.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and employment.
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
