Star Market Abadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Manage the store's budget and financial performance.,Train and develop the store's staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.
