📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.,Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
