📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including menu selection, guest list management, and event logistics.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to the banquet schedule.,Assist in setting up and decorating the banquet venue to create an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for guests.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Maintain accurate records of banquet event details, including guest information, menu items, and event expenses.,Assist in cleaning and preparing the banquet venue for the next event.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in banquet and event management.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth event execution and high guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Knowledge of banquet and event planning processes and procedures.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications or training in hospitality or event management preferred.
