In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities that cater to diverse learning styles. You'll work closely with students and parents to ensure a positive and enriching learning experience. Additionally, you'll collaborate with other instructors and club staff to develop and implement new programs and initiatives.

• Create and maintain lesson plans, activity guides, and other educational materials
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to stay current with best practices in arts education
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Promote the club's mission and values, both internally and externally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or instructing in an arts-related field
• Strong knowledge of visual arts, performing arts, or a combination of both
• Experience working with diverse age groups and learning styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Passion for the arts and a commitment to student-centered learning
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent, preferred but not required
